秋高气爽，很高兴我们迎来了新学期第一次的“英语日”主题活动，英语日旨在通过一系列的英语主题活动，使学生在欢声笑语中体验英语的乐趣，从而激发同学们的热情和动力，起到提高全校学生英语素质的作用。

Autumn is cool! English day is coming again. To improve students’ ability and enthusiasm for English is the final purpose of this activity. We hope that all of the students can enjoy learning English and teamwork in the games.

让我们看看孩子们都在干什么吧？

今天的操场有点不一样呢，升旗台前都摆满了的小桌子，会有什么精彩的活动呢？

Today’s playground is a little different, there are a lot of desks in front of the flags, What activities will be held today?

随着我们走近，我们看到每个小桌前都放着精美的display board， 这里有动物园，有身体的组成部分，有公园，有漂亮的衣服….

When walking closely, we can see many decorated display boards, such as zoo, body parts, park, neighborhood and clothes.

所有展板主题都不相同，都是由同学们和老师们亲手制作，每个年级都有着自己的特色。 

Different boards with different topics are all made by students and teachers. Each Grade have their own characteristics.

同学们可以去到每个英文主题的桌子前跟老师们互动，参与游戏并使用英语去表达，你每一次开口的表达都会赢得印章。每个月获得印章数最多的班级将获得“英语之星”班级的称号；每个年级获得印章最多的学生将获得“英语交际大使”的勋章。这种主题式的英语文化给同学们营造了一个全英的交流环境，孩子们可以认真的讲解展板内容，并且学会认真倾听其他的同学，与老师用英语大胆的交流。

Students could go to each table, play the games and win stamps. Each time you communicate with your teacher, you will get a stamp. Every month, the class which gets the most stamps will be the “English Star” Class. The student who gets the most stamps of each Grade will be the “English Communication Ambassador”. This kind of English culture help create good English-speaking situations. Students could speak what they have learnt in English bravely and learn to listen to others carefully.

英语日的活动促进了同学们英语DNA的生长，提升了他们的语言能力和学习能力，通过不停的交流也促进了他们思维品质的发展，让我们一起期待下个月孩子们的精彩表现吧！
